Once we removed that boulder, we got three sides of the form up for the concrete slab to be poured... Or I should say Enrique did, even though he was working for me, I was kind of working for him as I've never poured a slab before and he does it for a living! :)
Ditto!The BEST part of the day was, as we were working, I was asking about slabs. Enrique is going to do the slab for me as well!!! Gotta love Craigslist!! Have I said that before?!?! :)

On the right, you can see the top of that massive boulder we couldn't get out, along with all the dust from cutting the top of it off...

Actually, the pool deck will be a finished concrete. The flagstone only goes around the edge of the pool/spa...
