Nope, Not Done Yet...

It wasn't for lack of trying though... :) I spent all evening working on that thing. Just too much trim I guess...

I barely finished one side!

There is always tomorrow though! Maybe! :)

Of course they are obvious to me, but I suppose it would be nearly impossible for anyone else to spot them... :)

Of course if I didn't have to deal with so many "family" issues, I might be done!... I think our family is probably the most dysfunctional family ever... I could be wrong, but I bet not by much.

Can you spot the two errors btw? I'll have to correct them tongight... :)

I see no errors at all. lol

oh, where are you putting this? The wall the piano was on?

after a cursory second glance i didn't see the two errors, but then everytime i do anything like that to me any error is blatant and glaring, while others claim not to notice. :)

i am curious as to why you put on the trim prior to painting though...

LOL Titus! Because I HATE painting, and I just like to put it off as long as possible, even if it means as in this case that it will be yet more difficult and unpleasant! :)

Yes, it's going on the wall the piano is on Petra.

Yeah, it's funny how that works, if I mess something up, it sticks out like a sore thumb, yet no one else ever seems to notice it at all... :)

I figured that was the only wall the thing would fit on. I think we all notice errors in our work more often than others notice. Perhaps a bit of that perfectionism that runs in the family. :)

I can't believe you hate painting so much, Matt. I LOVE to paint!!! If someone would prepare the room for me, I'd paint the whole house. I just hate the dropcloths and the moving all the furniture, etc. But furniture? So much fun! :)

In fact, I need to paint the back door frame, but I don't want to fill in the dog-chewed-spots with wood putty first, which is why it hasn't gotten done yet. I can't wait to do the painting though.

there you go matt.. send pet a plane ticket = painting problem solved!

glad i could help there :)

lol Titus. Of course he'd also have to fly someone out here to watch my kids for me. It might behoove him to just paint it himself. Ha. :)

Well, I've been trying to post a new post for 30 minutes, it's not working, I'll try again later... :(

LOL! Yeah, I don't know why I hate painting either, I just do... Has to be done though, and I'd rather do it myself to be honest, because I HATE drips!! I'm not saying you have drips when you paint, but I know many that do! :)

Half my pics are little red X's... What's up? That's the problem I was having when trying to post... Maybe I'll go ahead and just post it, then when Blogger gets their shit figured out, you might be able to see the pictures... :)
