Lame Duck...
I think it will happen... President Bush will soon be a 'lame duck'... I can't say I'm surprised, we'll see though the tallies are still coming in, but the people have spoken... Of course most of the people speaking are complete morons, but what can you do? It is what it is... We survived Carter's presidency, hopefully we will survive this... Of course the stakes are high, we'll see...

Wow...ookay obviously we have a BUNCH of idiots in this country!
Hopefully the Repubs at least stay in control of the Senate.....but now we have 2008 to look forward to and Hilary. I think the only person who might be able to win against her is Rudy Giuliani.
At least there is some good news here in Georgia! We have a Republican Governor AND a Republican Lt. Governor for the first time in over 100 years!
No kidding! The Democrats could also possibly take control of the Senate... Depends on what happens in Virginia and Montana... Virginia could possibly hinge on Daniel and Michelle's votes... :) That race was downright sleazy though, so who do you choose?
Out of all the Senate races though, I'm glad Lieberman won, even if it means the Republicans lose it... I think he is one of the few politicians with integrity left...
An interesting fact though, is six years into a sitting President's term, the opposing side usually picks up 44 seats in the House... History usually always repeats itself...
Regarding 2008... Maybe it's a good thing the Democrats took control, it will give people two years to see what they do and could possibly be the reason a Republican stays in the White House... :)
