No, the one thing that could have kept these morons in office is if they had stood by the President! Period!
Another thing would have been, if you see your fellow Republicans hitting on the Pages, report it and do something about it rather than try to cover it up...
There were many things, but I think the reason they lost is because they went against the President...
I also think that the Democrats WILL work with the President for the next two years (his last) because if they don't, they know they are doomed for 2008... I think you are going to see remarkable cooperation between the White House and the House and Senate because of that... Madam Speaker showed us that today...
The idiots who thought the best strategy was to 'distance' themselves from the White House are now looking for jobs and blasting the White House... Morons... We are likely better off without them in the Legislative Branch...
