One of my favorite songs, Dwight sang it at Buck Owens funeral...
I REALLY love that song! In The Garden. I wish I had a better copy of it with Dwight singing it there, but I'll take that one, it's beautiful!!
Wow - thanks for that link Matt. I couldn't listen yesterday b/c I was on here while we were watching a movie (well, I was only half-watching, but didn't want to disturb the others). :)
Both videos = awesome. I listened to both all the way through. Has Dwight made a gospel album? I mean, I know he has several songs... but an album? If not, he should. I'd buy it!
I don't think he has, the only two songs that I know of are "Hold On To God" and "It Is Well With My Soul" (which was awesome I might add)... You're right though, he should make one! I'd like to hear him sing Amazing Grace!
Can you name the albums those songs are on without looking? :)
Oh! That's a tough one. I haven't listened to actual CDs in so long... I used to know the order of every song on all my CDs. lol! Hold on to God - I loved that song! I *think* it's on the one CD that also has 'I want you to want me' and 'what do you think about love'??!! I don't know. I shouldn't even guess. lol. Or is it on 'Gone'??? I don't know about It is well with my soul - I never had that CD. I think I'm going to throw my old Dwight cds in the van though - it's been a while. :)
LOL! I had to cheat myself on "Hold On To God", but it was on "Buenas Noches From a Lonely Room"... The other song was on the "South of Heaven, West of Hell" soundtrack, but what a song! I go back and forth with Dwight myself, but he sure can sing... :)
Oh yeah! I knew I had the CD, just didn't remember which one. I used to listen to 'Buenes Noches' over and over and over. What a great CD. Makes me want to go break it out right now!! :)
I guess we're the only ones interested in the Dwight discussion? lol!
